My amazing team at Stax.ai had the privilege of volunteering at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) in Tempe AZ, a nonprofit organization dedicated to feeding malnourished children around the world. They embody a mission that is close to my heart by being grounded in Christian values and compassion! Our group was proud to play a small part in this life-changing mission and their work is proof that hope truly starts with food.
During our session, we jumped into an energetic assembly line with sleeves rolled up, hairnets in place, and a strong sense of purpose driving us forward. We scooped ingredients, sealed meal pouches, packed boxes, and kept the momentum high with some lighthearted competition to see which team could pack the most boxes. 118 boxes were packed that day, which is an astounding 25,488 meals! The atmosphere was fast-paced, collaborative, and incredibly rewarding. It was amazing to see how a few focused hours could translate into thousands of meals for children in need.
