CRM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation projects for our CX platform at Stax.ai. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy with a strong understanding of business operations, particularly within the TPA industry. This role involves customizing project templates, creating communication workflows, training TPA clients on platform features, and ensuring smooth adoption of our client experience platform. A background in retirement plan administration or TPA services is highly advantageous to tailor the platform effectively to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients on the CX platform

• Customize project templates, emails, and workflows based on client requirements

• Train TPA users on platform features and best practices

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations and workflows

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation

• Develop and maintain documentation for onboarding processes

• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate platform integrations and updates

• Identify opportunities to optimize client use of the platform

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely delivery

• Collect client feedback to inform platform improvements

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM implementation and onboarding

• Strong technical aptitude and platform navigation skills

• Understanding of business operations within the TPA or retirement industry

• Excellent communication and training skills

• Ability to create and manage project templates and workflows

• Proficiency in automation tools and integrations

• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Prior experience in client onboarding or customer success roles

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Knowledge of payroll, census automation, and plan administration processes is a plus
