As we scale our enterprise sales efforts, we’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative at Stax.ai, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) that can benefit from our innovative solutions. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set the foundation for successful client partnerships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are passionate about driving impactful sales outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential TPAs that align with Stax.ai’s target audience (150-2,000 plans, 10-200 employees).
Outbound Outreach: Conduct targeted email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to generate interest and schedule discovery calls.
Qualify Opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand their pain points, current processes, and potential fit with Stax.ai’s products.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on prospecting strategies.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the unique challenges faced by TPAs.
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (B2B or enterprise experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a desire to learn.
Experience in SaaS, financial services, or the retirement industry is a plus.
