Client Success Specialist (TPA Expertise)

exceptional service to their clients. We’re looking for a dynamic and
knowledgeable individual with TPA experience to join our Client Success
team and ensure our customers make the most of our platform.


Role Overview

As
a Client Success Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our
customers (who are TPAs), ensuring their success with the Stax.ai
platform. This role bridges customer support, administrative assistance,
and product development, leveraging your industry knowledge to maximize
customer satisfaction and influence the evolution of our product.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide expert assistance to TPAs in configuring and using the Stax.ai platform for retirement plan administration.

  • Administrative Assistance: Support customers with administrative tasks, including system setup, customization, and troubleshooting.

  • Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to provide feedback, build, and test new features tailored to TPA needs.

  • Training & Onboarding: Help onboard new customers, delivering tailored training sessions to familiarize them with our platform.

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback and pain points are communicated internally to improve the product.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed guides, FAQs, and other resources to help customers get the most out of the Stax.ai platform.



Qualifications

  • TPA Experience: 3+ years working in a TPA or bundled provider in a role involving plan administration or compliance.

  • Customer Success Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others succeed.

  • Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with various retirement plan types, client portals, and
    administrative tools. Experience with Relius, FTWilliam, ASC or similar
    platforms is a plus.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex customer issues with efficiency.

  • Team Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as product, engineering, and sales.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
