We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Technical Support Engineer to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in customer onboarding, troubleshooting, and developing custom solutions to meet diverse client needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven workflow automation, providing support and solutions to a varied clientele.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Onboarding and Training: Guide new clients through the Stax.ai platform, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to clients, resolving issues related to the platform and its applications.
• Custom Solution Development: Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and collaborate with the development team to create tailored Python solutions.
• Feedback and Improvement: Actively solicit client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement in the Stax.ai platform.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions. Prepare reports on common queries and issues to aid in platform development.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python scripts, API development and full-stack troubleshooting
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing role in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and database management.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or AI-based company.
