Volunteering at Feed My Starving Children!

Making a difference, one meal at a time!

Hunger is still causing nearly half of deaths in children under 5 years old. From this data, we estimate at least 6,200 children die each day from causes related to undernutrition. This is heartbreaking.

Feed My Starving Children is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization with multiple locations across the US. We are lucky to have a location right here in Mesa, AZ that we frequently volunteer at! FMSC provides nutritious meals for undernourished children all around the world and our team is so proud to be a part of this life changing mission.

Our team culture focuses on giving back to our community and building stronger bonds outside of the office. FMSC combines both of those! Not only are we changing lives, we are bonding and enjoying every minute of it. Everyone loves a little friendly competition and FMSC provides that! Each team is competing to pack the most boxes and nothing feels better than shouting out your team number and letting the whole room know how many boxes you've packed!

I always get more out of giving and serving than receiving. With FMSC it was fun, we figured out how each other worked, and motivated one another to beat every other team. All while giving back and being able to provide a days meal which most take for granted.

At our last packing session, we helped pack over 28,000 meals which will go towards feeding 77 children for an entire year! These meals were specifically sent to Tanzania and Venezuela.
